Training is essential to the success of any triage program. Nightingale Teleguides offers specialized on-site training programs. Training is designed to ensure a safe, effective and professional implementation of Nightingale Teleguides.

All training is provided onsite by our training team. All training material is provided as part of the package.

A detailed module has been designed to ensure users obtain a full understanding of the Nightingale Teleguides and how they support the role of telephone triage.

The initial training module includes aspects such as:

What are the Nightingale Teleguides?
Development of the Algorithms
Adaptation for specific settings
Principles of the Nightingale Teleguides

This is followed on by laboratory time where scenarios are discussed in detail and completed on training systems. Observation of live calls takes place with a trainer and each element of the Nightingale Teleguide algorithm used is considered to enhance understanding of the system.
